Returns Policy

Our return policy is focused on guaranteeing the satisfaction of our client, Therefore, if they are not completely satisfied with their purchase they can request a return within 7 days after receiving their order, which must be processed through from the following email ask@leathercruz.com, informing the reason for the return, after receiving the email, instructions will be given to continue with the process, taking into account that:

In the event that the product received is incorrect, the money will be returned or a new item will be sent, once we have been informed at ask@leathercruz.com, in order to start the process.

The refund of the money or the shipment of the new item is only made once the product is received and verified.

In the case of loss of the package in the transport, a new jacket will be sent, without any additional cost.

Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund, if this is the reason, the buyer must bear the initial shipping cost (Shipping cost assumed by the CRUZ brand) and return cost, the latter can be processed by the CRUZ brand and it will be debited from the purchase money, if, on the contrary, the buyer wants to make the return by his own means, he must assume the cost of the return shipment, and at the time of returning the money, only the initial shipment will be discounted (Shipping cost assumed by the CRUZ brand).

The partial refund of the money is only made once the product is received and verified.

Note: If the package is in the possession of Customs, the return cannot always be made, it depends on  Customs authorization, if customs authorizes the customer, the value of the return and the initial shipment will be discounted (Shipping cost assumed by the CRUZ brand).

In the event that the return is due to product dissatisfaction, the buyer can:

  1.  Request the change for another jacket, or make any modification, the buyer must bear the cost of return. The return can be processed by the CRUZ brand, the payment of this return will be handled internally and a payment link would be sent, if on the contrary the buyer wants to make the return by their own means, they must assume the cost of sending the return. The shipment of the new article only takes place once the product and its condition are received and verified.
  • In order to return the product for reimbursement, the buyer must assume the initial shipping cost (Shipping cost assumed by the CRUZ brand) and return cost, the latter can be processed by the CRUZ brand and will be debited from the purchase money, If, on the other hand, the buyer wants to make the return on their own means, they must assume the cost of the return shipment, and at the time of returning the money, only the initial shipment will be discounted (Shipping cost assumed by the CRUZ brand).

For products personalized by special sizes, or personalized models cannot be returned for refunded or exchanged under any circumstances, before dispatching the real images of your personalized order are sent to avoid the return. If your custom order doesn’t fit you, we do the first modification at no cost, however you would have to pay to ship the jacket to us.

Please understand that your custom order is made especially for you. The measurements and models are according to your choice and it is not likely that we will sell it to anyone else.
