Free shipping
All our shipments are free worldwide, regardless of the amount purchased, the fact that our shipments are free does not mean that the product will take too long to be delivered, we will do everything possible to dispatch it as soon as possible, but if we must take into account that the times required for the package to be released start from each country’s customs are not included in the transit time of our shipment, since we cannot intervene in customs processes.
Delivery and buyer responsibilities
You should bear in mind that all countries have different laws regarding the importation of certain products. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide import cost estimates as they vary widely from country to country.
We work with a DAP Delivered At Place negotiation term. This means that import duties, clearance fees, or any other additional charges are the responsibility of our customer and must be paid upon delivery of your order or as required by your customs.
The customs authorities of the destination country establish these charges and you may also need to provide additional information to release your order.
